May Wes pioneered the application of poly in the agriculture industry with UHMW plastic parts including Poly Skid Shoes and poly auger liners. May Wes invented the original Stalk Stompers to protect expensive combine tires and tracks. Stalk Stompers are now made by compression molding UHMW shoes that are attached to torsion units.

A Proud History
Pride Solutions, LLC was founded in 2002 under the Daggett Companies umbrella. Our founder Tom Daggett, the former president of Hutchinson Manufacturing LLC, started the company after acquiring May Wes, a respected aftermarket agricultural UHMW plastic parts manufacturer that pioneered the use of poly in agriculture equipment back in 1972. In the early 2000s Pride Solutions became the exclusive manufacturer of C&A Pro snowmobile skis under a licensing agreement with C&A Pro Skis LLC.
In 2016, Tom’s son Jack Daggett became president of Pride Solutions. Under Jack’s leadership, all four of Pride’s divisions, including Pride Assembly, Pride Engineered Plastics (compression molding and CNC fabricated custom plastic parts manufacturer), May Wes and C&A Pro, have experienced steady growth in sales and profitability. In 2018, Pride Solutions received the Made in Minnesota Manufacturing Awards Best in Class Small Business Award and Jack was a finalist for the Emerging Leader Award. At this same awards ceremony, Tom Daggett was recognized with a Lifetime Achievement Award and May Wes received the Best Game-Changing New Product Award. In 2023, Pride Solutions received the Twin Cities Business Manufacturing Excellence Award.

Commitment to Community
Pride Solutions and its employees place a high value on community involvement. Pride employees from all of our departments including compression molding, fabrication, shipping, assembly, engineering, purchasing and sales and marketing, are involved in numerous volunteer activities, including youth sports, 4-H, volunteer firefighting, and the local snowmobile trail club. Pride Solutions’ executive management team also participates in various organizations including Made in McLeod, the Hutchinson Economic Development Authority and the Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism. Through its C&A Pro Skis division, Pride Solutions actively supports the sport of snowmobiling, sponsoring professional and amateur athletes, including youth, and all major snowmobile race organizations.

We recycle all of our scrap plastic,
metal, paper and cardboard.
Nothing is wasted at Pride Solutions. Our modern CNC plastic fabrication and equipment and software allows us to tightly nest UHMW plastic parts to avoid material waste – which helps us keep costs down while protecting our planet.
We're Growing
New Production Facility Addition
In 2023 we added 20,000 square feet to our compression molding, contract assembly and UHMW plastic parts manufacturing facility in Hutchinson, Minnesota. We are proud to be a growing custom plastic parts manufacturer.
New Molding & CNC Equipment
Recent machinery additions include a second KOMO CNC router, cobot-assisted CNC lathe, several large compression molding presses and a new press brake.
