Pride Solutions' origins date back to 1972 when Gibbon, Minnesota farmers Mavis and Wesley Bruns started May Wes Manufacturing and pioneered the application of poly in the agricultural industry. 

In the late 1990s, May Wes moved to Hutchinson, Minnesota and expanded its plastic manufacturing services to include compression molding. The company then began manufacturing snowmobile skis for C&A Pro Skis. 

Tom Daggett acquired May Wes in 2002 and formed Pride Solutions, LLC, aptly naming the company for a Pride of Lions. Pride Solutions' divisions include Pride Engineered Plastics (compression molding and plastic fabrication), Pride Assembly (electrical and mechanical assembly), May Wes Manufacturing and C&A Pro Skis. Tom's son, Jack Daggett, became Pride Solutions' president in 2016.
