Our custom plastic parts manufacturing services include compression molding and overmolding, plastic fabrication, CNC routing and lathe, and plastic forming, including line bending, thermoforming, and in-house CNC metal turning. We also handle supply chain management and material planning, as well as engineering and design with CAD/CAM using the latest SolidWorks and SolidWorks CAM software.

Our two KOMO CNC routers machine plastic parts from sheet stock. Parts can then be bent on our press brakes per customer specification in our plastic fabrication shop.

We have 2 CNC Turning Centers in our plastic fabrication shop. One features robotic capability; maximum turning diameter 16.93”, maximum turning length 40.47”, 3.58” bar capacity.
UHMW - One of the World's Toughest, Slickest Polymers
UHMW-PE is known for its durability and slickness. It is used to make tough, long-lasting plastic parts for high-wear environments. Molded UHMW parts are made by compression molding UHMW resin. UHMW parts also can be CNC fabricated from sheet stock in our plastic fabrication shop.
